Introduction

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and chopped green chili. Sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.
  4. Stir in ginger paste and cook for another 30 seconds.

Step 2: Cook the Tomatoes
