red chili flakes, cinnamon, salt, minced garlic, and tomato paste.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

Heat a grill pan or
a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

oil and cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until
golden brown and fully cooked.

Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper,

lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red cabbage.

extra sauce for added flavor.

Roll the bread
tightly, securing the filling inside.
Step 5: Toast the Wrap

the rolls diagonally and serve with extra yogurt sauce or a side of fresh
salad.

experience.
Pro Tips:
- Marination
Time: The longer you marinate, the more flavorful the chicken will be.
If possible, marinate overnight.
- Flatbread
Choice: Use Turkish lavash for an authentic taste, but pita or tortilla
works too.
- Serving
Suggestion: Serve with pickled vegetables or fries for a delicious meal.
- Spice
Adjustment: Adjust spices to your preference; add more chili flakes for extra
heat.
