  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

For the Pizza Sauce:

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pizza Dough

1.     In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes until it becomes foamy.

2.     In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.

3.     Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a lightly floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4.     Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.

Step 2: Marinate the Steak

1.     In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.

2.     Coat the steak evenly with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Step 3: Cook the Steak

1.     Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

2.     Cook the marinated steak for about 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness and preferred doneness).

3.     Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Step 4: Prepare the Pizza Sauce

1.     In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2.     Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3.     Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and sugar.

4.     Simmer for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat.

Step 5: Assemble the Pizza

1.     Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat up.

2.     Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

3.     Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined pizza peel or baking sheet.

4.     Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the dough.

5.     Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.

6.     Add sliced steak, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.

7.     Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and dried oregano for extra flavor.

Step 6: Bake the Pizza

1.     Transfer the pizza onto the preheated baking sheet or pizza stone.

2.     Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

3.     Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Step 7: Serve and Enjoy!

1.     Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.

2.     Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Tips for the Perfect Steak Pizza

1.     Choose the Right Steak:

o    Ribeye is rich and flavorful, while sirloin is leaner but still juicy. Filet mignon is extra tender but mild in taste.

2.     Let the Steak Rest:

o    Allow the steak to rest before slicing to keep the juices in.

3.     Use a Hot Oven:

o    A hot oven (475°F) ensures a crispy crust and perfectly melted cheese.

4.     Don’t Overload the Pizza:

o    Too many toppings can make the pizza soggy. Keep it balanced.

5.     Experiment with Flavors:

o    Try adding blue cheese crumbles, arugula, or balsamic glaze for a gourmet touch.
